Simple Chicken Noodles

When you need something tasty, healthy, quick and easy not many things are quicker than some chicken noodles! This tasty recipe takes a few minutes of prep a few minutes of cooking and bingo job done!

To make this super fast dish you will need a few bits and pieces! I planned to use a pepper but didn't have one to hand so had to do without!

My recipe for these noodles are
1 noodle nest per person
1 chicken breast sliced into thin strips
1 onion finely sliced
1 carrot finely sliced
1 handful of sugar snap peas finely sliced
1 piece of ginger finely sliced
1 garlic clove finely sliced
3 tablespoons of hoisin sauce
1 chicken stock cube and some boiling water
Chilli flakes to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Sesame Oil

Once you have finely sliced everything add the hoisin sauce to the chicken and leave to marinade for a few minutes - the longer the better but this is a quick dish!

Get your wok out and heat it up until its smoking! Add some oil, now throw in the ginger, peas, onions and carrots stir fry for a couple of minutes and add the garlic and after 1 minute add the chicken.

Add the chilli flakes, salt and pepper to taste.

Add the noodles to some boiling water with the stock cube and cook in line with the packet instructions. Once cooked add the noodles to the wok and stir through.

Serve onto a dish and that's it we are done!
